John Ace Underwood has a very successful 30-year career in the manufactured and modular housing industry. As a manager for a single lot retailer in the southeast, he managed up to 9 salespeople with sales typically over 45 homes per month. John has also served as Vice President for multi-lot manufactured housing retailer in the southwest.
Chris Nicely, the newly appointed president of ManufacturedHomes.com and ModularHomes.com, holds an MBA in marketing from Case Western Reserve University and an economics degree from the College of Wooster. Prior to his new role with ManufacturedHomes.com and ModularHomes.com, Chris served as CEO of the national non-profit organization, Next Step Network. A veteran of more than 25 years in the affordable, factory-built housing space, Nicely spent 15 years with market leader Clayton Homes as vice president of marketing. He also worked in various leadership roles at Berkshire Hathaway, Bell & Howell, Wayne-Dalton Garage Doors, Mansfield Plumbing Products, and Rubbermaid.
Well-known industry professional Rick Robinson has joined ManufacturedHomes.com to become its Executive Vice President of Industry Relations. In that role, the former General Counsel/Senior Vice President of State and Local Affairs for the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) will be working to bring a new level of consumer technology to those buying homes and residing in communities.
Paul Barretto is the Director of Manufactured Housing Initiatives and a recognized leader in the manufactured housing industry. Paul spent over 19 years at Fannie Mae managing its Single-Family mortgage products and affordable housing initiatives. He played an important part in the organizations’ development of its Duty to Serve effort and authored their manufactured housing market plan. Paul has a Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from UMBC. He is an Accredited Mortgage Professional and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
